This feature focuses on identifying and managing risks arising from adverse media, lawsuits, politically exposed persons (PEPs), negative certificates, and sanction lists.

How is the data collected and presented?

The data is sourced from verified global and regional databases, media outlets, legal records, and official sanction lists. The information is presented in a structured and intuitive format to enable quick assessment and decision-making, ensuring your portfolio remains compliant with relevant regulations.

What is the significance of Compliance Risk Notations?

Compliance risks are identified based on the existence and count of notations in various categories, such as adverse media reports, lawsuits, or PEP associations. Each entity's risk profile includes the number of occurrences within these categories, providing a granular view of potential compliance concerns.

What are the Compliance alerts by group?

This table categorizes compliance risk data on each of your portfolio’s groups by the category, such as sanction lists, lawsuits, or adverse media reports. Clicking on a category displays a detailed list of companies and entities associated with that risk, along with contextual information.

What are the Compliance alerts by company?

This table provides detailed compliance information for each entity in your portfolio, including name, risk category, source count, country, and contextual notes. It supports data export to Excel and allows customization of visible columns for tailored analysis.

How can I use this data effectively?

The data can be used to enhance compliance monitoring, flag potential risks, and inform risk mitigation strategies. It also aids in reporting to internal stakeholders or regulatory authorities.
